About the author. . . Currently a consultant on corrosion and corrosion protection matters, Mark Vukasovich has over 35 years of experience in industrial research and product/process development. He is the author or co-author of 19 technical journal articles, 16 U.S. patents, and is the contributing author to two books: ASTM STP 887, Engine Coolant Testing and Ullman's Encyclopedia of Industrial Chemistry; Molybdenum and Molybdenum Compounds.
Vukasovich also teaches courses on corrosion fundamentals, corrosion avoidance, protective paint coverings, and the application of corrosion inhibitors. He has B.S. and M.S. degrees in chemistry from Wayne State University and is an active member of NACE, ACS, and SAE.
