![]() David RockwellDavid Rockwell PhD (Michigan State University ' 70, ' 76, ' 83), is an Adjunct Professor of Clinical Psychology at Michigan State University. He also maintains a full-time psychoanalytic psychotherapy practice in East Lansing, Michigan where he resides with his wife Mary and sons, Christopher and Jeffrey. He has authored a number of scientific papers and participates with several professional organizations. By age 5, he had become involved with soapbox derby cars, eventually building go karts and later disassembling and reassembling (with varying degrees of success) several cars. By mid-teens, he began an association with the Ramchargers with whom he worked and raced for over a decade. He also participated with Paul Gentilozzi's Dodge sponsored Pro Stock and Trans Am programs. More recently, he founded Kart Kinetics, an original design kart racing component company, winning several World Karting Association Championships. SAE books by David Rockwell
